During the processes used in the treatment plants of drinking water is sought is the removal of impurities present in the water, making it appropriate for human consumption and ensuring health and hygiene conditions. However, because the dosing system of the polymer depends on two factors which are water turbidity and flow (factors that change continuously), there is always a risk of not dosing properly due to the measurements taken by the operators. In addition to this, manual control creates the need to have personnel in charge of activities that become monotonous over time, such as constant data collection of turbidity, visualization of water color, among others.
We design and install dosing systems with automatic polymer control (powder or liquid), to give hydration and maturation to the product in water and finally to be dosed as a solution. Allowing the water quality information at all times and in real time will allow to have a very simplified model for the operators that currently perform the task manually.
