OUR STRATEGY

  • YEAR: 2014.
  • CLIENT: CONAGUA.
  • STATUS: CONCLUID
  • PROJECT TYPE: Telemetria.
  • LOCATION : Ciudad de México.

Technical data

• Readjustment electromechanical in the pumps that allowed an increase of flow to a lower power consumption and increasing the hydraulic efficiency through a reduction of transient.

• Calibration of the accessories for the current conditions that the system presents.

• Implementation of telemetry and tele-control in each well, which increased and streamlined response capacity. Due to the operation, reading parameters and execution of several tasks and verification that all the pumping equipment was working properly was done manually, there were delays in both time and operation.

• With the implementation of the system of telemetry and tele-control was projected to reach the highest levels of efficiency in the operation of the stub Tláhuac Nezahualcoyotl: Wireless signals emitted by each one of the wells, thanks to the teams of instrumentation, control and communication installed on them and including the visualization systems installed in the master station PAI South and at the station sub teacher Tank The boiler, are directed toward a relay antenna which is located in the well No. 1 The leg Mixquic, which in turn sends these signals both to the master station PAI South, as in the station sub teacher Tank The boiler, receiving collecting and interpreting the data received, manages to keep monitored and controlled remotely, long-distance and in real time each of the events both negative and positive that occur in the sites; prolonging the life of the stub and allowing to take advantage in case of raise some event negative, since it is possible to correct with preventive maintenance, before it becomes a corrective maintenance, without affecting the water supply, achieving this way to be able to provide the required demand.
